These "Fill 'N Thrill" eggs were made by the Peoria Plastic Company.
They were founded in 1968, so the eggs date from some time after that. They don't appear to be in business any longer.
The bunny on the label is either in a deep trance or is dealing with some sort of stress-related shock.
